Fenn Valley Wine Club

The Fenn Valley Wine Club is an excellent way to experience premium Michigan wine year around. Shipments include tasting and pairing notes along with a calendar of upcoming events at the winery. Shipments are three times per year. A wine club membership is also a perfect gift idea for the wine lover on your shopping list!

Membership Benefits

Free Stuff: You and up to 3 guests receive a complimentary tasting or a glass of wine anytime you visit our tasting rooms.** Wine Club members also get FREE admission to our annual Wine Festival each June.  Discounts and privileges beyond the aforementioned complimentary options do not extend to guests, adult children, friends, or neighbors; they cannot be added to your membership.

Priority Reservations: Club members are able to book ahead of the general public for all events.

Members-Only Events: Enjoy exclusive access to member-only events and VIP areas at many events. In addition, members will be invited to “pick-up parties” in lieu of shipment.

Loyalty Program Membership: 6 and 12 bottle club members are automatically enrolled in the Friends of Fenn Valley loyalty program at the Silver and Gold level respectively.

Exclusive Access: From time to time wine club members will be offered limited production runs and early access to new releases.

The Wine Club is free to join. Members have immediate access to club benefits (e.g. free tastings). Ongoing deliveries of wine will average $12-20/bottle excluding shipping and applicable taxes. Current shipping charges are $12, $14 and $18 for 3, 6 and 12 bottles respectively. A minimum commitment of 3 deliveries is required.

**There is a maximum of 16 tastings/wine by the glass per membership per month. Free tasting or glass of wine is limited to one per day per membership.

Club Options

We offer four packages – Winemaker’s Choice, Red Only, White Only or Sweet Only. From there you select the quantity desired in each shipment – 3, 6, or 12 bottles. Winemaker’s Choice, Red Only and White Only tend to be on the dry to semi-dry side.

Selections will be announced to club members in advance of shipment. Members have an opportunity to change their selection prior to each automatic shipment. Shipments will generally occur in March, July and November of each year.

Club Guidelines and Conditions

  • By submitting and signing the application or giving approval via electronic communication, I authorize Fenn Valley Vineyards to bill my credit card three times a year for wine shipments, including applicable tax and shipping costs. I agree Membership may only be canceled after receiving a minimum of three (3) shipments. If I cancel before receiving three shipments, I will be responsible for a $50 processing fee.
  • I understand it is my responsibility to notify Fenn Valley Vineyards in writing if I should decide to cancel my membership – two weeks must be allowed for cancellation to take effect, and notification must be received prior to shipment being charged to credit card.
  • Any changes to billing or shipping information must also be communicated in writing. Fenn Valley Vineyards cannot be responsible for wine delivered to a previous address. Fenn Valley Vineyards is not responsible for communications lost due to Member’s failure to properly notify Fenn Valley Vineyards as to a change of email address or other contact information.
  • Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment – extreme weather may cause a slight delay in shipping. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. We highly suggest shipping to an office. You will be responsible for charges incurred due to misdirected or reshipped wines. By placing an order you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. WINES MAY ONLY BE SOLD TO PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE. IN PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU REPRESENT TO US THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. SHIPMENTS REQUIRE AN ADULT (PERSON AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE) SIGNATURE.
  • Fenn Valley will communicate wines chosen prior to shipment and may give club members an opportunity to adjust the wines to be shipped. Wines chosen are subject to change without notice at any time prior to shipment.
  • If you choose to pick your wine up from Fenn Valley Vineyards, you will need to do so within 30 days of a shipment date or we will ship it to you at your cost.
  • State laws restrict the shipping of wine. Please check our online store for a current list of states we can ship to. We can not ship to P.O. Boxes. All sales are final.
  • Membership is subject to current wine club rules which may be modified from time to time in the future, without notice and any further obligation.
  • I agree that, as a Wine Club Member, I am subscribing to promotional and educational emails from Fenn Valley Vineyards and that I can unsubscribe at any time.
