Melon and Prosciutto Skewers

**This recipe was featured as part of our 2022 New Release Wine & Food Pairings.**

INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ ripped Cantaloupe
  • 8 oz of sliced prosciutto
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 watermelon radish
  • 15 skewers

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut the slices of the prosciutto in half and fold in a square.
  2. Using a melon baller scoop, make 15 balls out of the cantaloupe.
  3. Slice radish very thin.
  4. Cut 15 squares of avocado.
  5. Assemble skewers adding the radish first followed by cantaloupe, prosciutto and avocado.
